Role Overview

In this position, you will develop a market presence, grow client relationships, and source specialized talent in manufacturing and engineering. You will manage your own pipeline, nurture business relationships, and drive recruiting outcomes using the tools and resources provided by Goodwin Recruiting.

Compensation

The salary range is USD 100,000 - 200,000 per year. The role is not salaried and is structured as a 1099, 100% commission business opportunity.
