Onsite Recruiting Manager

The Onsite Recruiting Manager directs high-volume staffing for a client site within a fast-paced industrial environment, coordinating day-to-day staffing, shift coverage, workforce management, and relationships with clients and associates to support operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume staffing in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Build strong teams, ensure seamless shift coverage, and foster positive relationships with clients and associates.
• Oversee day-to-day staffing functions at the client site in a high-volume, multi-shift operation.
• Maintain reliable coverage, optimize staffing metrics, and deliver exceptional experiences for both associates and clients.
• Lead workforce management and drive operational excellence on every shift.

Requirements

• Proven onsite staffing or workforce management experience in light industrial, distribution, and manufacturing settings
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong computer proficiency with ATS, timekeeping systems, email, spreadsheets, and job boards
• Ability to manage multiple shifts, handle urgent staffing needs, and coordinate with teams

Salary

Compensation will be based on experience and market conditions.

Other Requirements

• Available to work primarily daytime onsite with availability after hours for emergencies
