Job Description
Circle K offers an onsite opportunity in Nashville, TN for a Recruiter who will lead centralized recruiting, source candidates, conduct virtual interviews, coordinate background checks, and support internal talent development and onboarding. This role supports a structured, process-driven hiring approach and fosters internal growth through engagement activities such as job fairs and career workshops. Responsibilities
- Promotes the Centralized Recruiting Process by guiding Store Managers on how to efficiently execute the program.
- Sourses candidates through multiple channels including online job posting sites, job fairs, and career workshops.
- Conducts interviews virtually via phone or Skype within a defined region for Assistant Store Managers and Manager-in-Training candidates.
- Actively manages the receipt of background checks for candidates by updating the database daily to determine next steps for interviewed candidates.
- Communicates with Market Managers when interviews are completed for store-level manager candidates and collaborates to coordinate second interviews.
- Facilitates internal job fairs and career workshops to promote engagement and develop talent within the company.
- Responds to all inquiries related to hiring and recruiting promptly.
- Contributes to HR team goals through the use of the ASANA task management system.
- Facilitates end-to-end recruiting for non-store associates, including phone screening, conducting background checks, checking references, composing offer letters, assisting with ordering of company tools, and facilitating non-store orientation as needed.
- Participates in job fairs at local colleges and universities to aid recruitment efforts, as needed.
- Conducts new hire orientation classes, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned, which may vary over time.
Requirements

- Works well independently and in team settings.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to gather, assess, organize, audit, and verify data.
- College background preferred but not mandatory.
- Working conditions: Normal office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements when in the field. May require long hours, weekends, and holidays.
