This on site Recruiter role in Phoenix from Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona offers a competitive annual salary of USD 60,000. Position Description

The role is on site, five days per week in the office. You will provide candidate selection, hiring manager coaching, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment across GCNA and affiliated entities. You will use assessment tools, drive workforce planning within client groups, and collaborate with Pipeline Development, Sourcing, and Recruiting Operations to deliver hiring results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assessment tools to facilitate goal achievement
  • Contribute to corporate wide recruiting strategies and campaigns, support continuous improvement of recruiting practices, and advise on policies and procedures
  • Meet monthly recruiting goals in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Drive workforce planning with organizational leaders to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting
  • Develop internal and external communications and communities to promote Goodwill opportunities
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and client groups
  • May recruit primarily for Retail Management positions across Central and Northern Arizona, which may involve high volume class style hiring
  • Identify, qualify, and present candidates to business leaders
  • Interface with applicants, candidates, and external sources to build robust talent pipelines
  • Respond to employment inquiries from potential candidates
  • Conduct candidate negotiations and reference checks on final candidates
  • Advise managers and team members on staffing policies and procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA and related guidelines; recommend revisions as regulations change
  • Partner with Recruiting Team Members to continuously innovate and improve on Goodwill’s hiring practices
  • Partner with Workforce Development in achieving Goodwill’s mission

  • Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year university or college, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in workforce planning preferred
  • AIRS or Social Talent certification preferred but not required
  • LinkedIn Open Networker (LION) designation
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including electronic media and e mail
  • Self-starter with a track record of effectively managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in groups and with others
  • Proficiency in speaking and reading English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality; comfortable relating to people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
