Recruiter Team V

Healthtrust Workforce Solutions is hiring a Recruiter Team V in Nashville, TN (onsite). In this role, you help deliver high-quality nurse travel candidates and allied healthcare professionals to both HCA and Non HCA facilities, while staying supported with a comprehensive total rewards package designed for health, wellbeing, career growth, and retirement.

What you’ll do

The Recruiter is responsible for the full recruiting and assignment support lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through contracting and ongoing operational coordination while travelers are on assignment. Key focus areas include keeping hospital partners and travelers informed, maintaining accurate traveler records, and supporting on-time assignment starts.

• Coordinate with the Hospital Account Manager and travelers on availability, open positions, and assignment changes.
• Update active traveler schedule availability and enter documentation into the system to support fast interviewing.
• Partner with other departments (including Housing and QA) to help travelers begin assignments on time.
• Keep the Housing Department informed of assignment changes.
• Ensure travel staff are compliant prior to placement.
• Maintain accuracy of traveler information in the Travel Module.
• Build a growing pipeline using a variety of recruiting sources.
• Generate and recruit referrals from current and former nurses.
• Maintain consistent contact with travelers during assignments, troubleshooting, counseling, and solving problems as needed to support service levels.
• Support retention through weekly quality control calls and career path communication.
• Escalate issues to the Director of Travel when a travel candidate situation could lead to assignment cancellation.
• Meet or exceed established individual and departmental goals.
• Share recruiting and sales strategy suggestions with the Recruitment Department to help achieve order fill goals.
• Articulate and follow facility requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience required, preferably within healthcare.
• Ability to meet physical and sensory requirements, including prolonged sitting and office equipment use; typing dexterity and ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Work is performed in an office environment with frequent contact with staff and the public.
