Recruiting and Training Specialist

Liberty CDJR of Philadelphia is seeking a Recruiting and Training Specialist in Pennsylvania to support talent sourcing, onboarding, and development across sales, service, and technical teams. The position also delivers onboarding and ongoing training for industry-specific computer systems while keeping training and compliance documentation organized and current.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including Indeed, industry-specific job boards, and social media, to help build a diverse applicant pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to maintain alignment on hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Support efficient workflows by managing resources and staffing levels to help meet dealership productivity standards.
• Lead training initiatives on industry-specific computer systems for both new hires and existing staff, coordinating with managers to track training completion.
• Maintain detailed records for all training activities, including mandatory compliance programs.
• Review internal processes and recommend industry best practices for improvement across departments.
• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative, and accountability-driven culture.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience focused on recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Prior experience and familiarity with industry systems and software.
• Automotive industry experience and dealership background are highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-driven dealership environment.

Training and Experience Details

• Dealership experience: 1 year (Required)
• Human Resources Training experience: 2 years (Required)

Compensation and Location

• Location: Pennsylvania (onsite), in person
• Salary: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
