Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead high-impact full-cycle recruitment across CERES Environmental Services, advising leadership and managing crisis-driven workforce demands; onsite in Sarasota, FL or Houston, TX, with extended hours and occasional travel, salary range USD 90,000 - 120,000 per yearly.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior-level, technical, and scarce-to-fill positions across diverse business units.
- Develop and nurture passive candidate pools through advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and active networking.
- Guide candidate growth and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Deliver labor market analytics to inform workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Navigate complex offer negotiations and align compensation and onboarding with policy.
- Coach junior recruiters, sharing practices, tools, and candidate care techniques.
- Streamline recruitment workflows, including ATS configuration, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
- Represent Ceres at industry events, career fairs, and professional associations.
- Ensure precise capture of requisition and candidate activity data in the ATS in a timely manner.
- Support additional recruitment initiatives as required by the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Six+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- Proven track record building and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
- Strong consultative relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, results-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive, and professional environment while handling sensitive information appropriately.
