Job Description

Commonwealth Fusion Systems invites you to join on a contract, onsite basis in Devens, MA as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This opportunity offers an hourly range of $60 to $100 and the chance to lead full-cycle recruiting across all departments, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams. You will champion CFS Energy’s operating principles and contribute to a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion of CFS Energy’s operating principles and unique company culture
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to candidate decision meeting, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey
  • Execute high-volume requisitions, both technical and non-technical, across departments including supply chain, engineering, finance, operations, and manufacturing
  • Build strong hiring manager relationships
  • Prioritize the candidate experience with stellar communication, high-touch processes, and representing CFS
  • Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent
  • Lead new manager interview trainings and Fireside Chats to discuss the latest trends in recruiting with hiring managers
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition and human resources teams on recruitment best practices and company growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting, including targeted outreach, sourcing, hiring manager collaboration, compensation negotiation, scheduling, closing, and onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, building networks within talent communities, and creative candidate lead generation
  • Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection, and hiring process
  • Experience creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques

Essential Requirements

  • Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to recruiting events, batch hiring days, training events, and team-building sessions
  • Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics

  • Exposure to US immigration practices is highly valued, but not required
