This on site, Dallas, TX based role invites a strategic talent acquisition professional to partner with leadership and build a robust pipeline for technical, engineering, operations, transportation, maintenance, and safety compliance roles across pipeline operations.

Responsibilities
- Design and continuously optimize end to end recruitment strategies aligned to the technical and operational needs of a large pipeline operator.
- Plan and run targeted sourcing campaigns using modern techniques.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and workforce needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and optimize candidate pipelines in Taleo and related ATS systems.
- Build relationships with industry associations, academic institutions, and professional networks to foster diverse talent pools.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies, regulations, and labor laws relevant to safety and operations.
- Analyze recruitment data to drive process improvements and enhance the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Serve as the employer brand ambassador, clearly communicating the company’s vision, culture, and values to attract top candidates.
- Represent the company at recruiting events, networking functions, and industry forums to raise market visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a track record recruiting for technical or industrial roles.
- On-site work requirement: 100% in-office in Dallas, TX.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends relevant to pipeline operations or similar technical industries.
- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms; familiarity with data analytics tools to measure recruiting effectiveness is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety, regulatory, or compliance standards relevant to pipeline operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.
- Workday experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong relationship building and collaborative problem solving.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for creative sourcing, process improvement, and continuous learning.
- Specialist/Analyst level typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4-7 years of relevant experience; Senior Specialist/Analyst level typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions
- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to extended sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
