Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, Sales

Location: Commerce, CA (onsite). Compensation: approximately $25 to $30 per hour. Experience: minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a broad range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal openings.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide detailed evaluations to hiring managers.
- Negotiate employment offers in line with organizational policies and candidate expectations.
- Drive talent sourcing through social media management tools, targeted cold calling, and targeted research to build qualified candidate pools.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws throughout all recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding tasks such as employee orientation, contracts management, and initial training programs.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates through clear communication and relationship management techniques.
- Collaborate with HRIS systems including ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft to maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential internal candidates for future leadership roles.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and support employee relations initiatives to promote engagement.
- Participate in training sessions on HR sourcing tools and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry, with direct customer engagement.
- Proven expertise in technical recruiting across multiple industries; experience with executive recruiting is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and research-driven sourcing capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
