Job Description

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and deliver a high-touch candidate experience for exempt and non-exempt hiring across Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and coordinate placement of talent to support leadership needs
  • Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Develop new and creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and advise on recruitment process and market trends
  • Support offer strategy with leaders, including salary recommendations, total rewards, and closing approaches
  • Provide a concierge-level candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding
  • Coordinate on-site interviews with the leadership team and manage follow-up activities
  • Manage multiple job requisitions at the same time across different metropolitan locations
  • Participate in and support the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and practices

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on strategic recruiting
  • 5+ years recruiting across several disciplines (examples include Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc.)
  • 2+ years experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative recruiting support
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with different teams and members of leadership
  • Experience sourcing via multiple sources and building talent pipelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems; general working knowledge of internet for business use

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in a process-driven environment
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and manage open positions with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and projects while meeting timelines, sustaining quality results, and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion
  • Crouching and bending may be required when retrieving files
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Additional Information

  • Shift work and overtime required
  • Onsite role in Texas
  • Location and shift requirements may require flexibility
