Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role in Las Vegas, NV offers a hybrid schedule within a patient‑focused environment. With a salary range of $57,510 to $87,697 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, you will lead full lifecycle recruitment, build robust candidate pipelines, and drive the offer process. This position emphasizes collaboration, quality metrics, and impactful staffing for caregivers across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition goals, ensuring alignment with quality metrics and organizational objectives.
- Partner across teams to advance recruitment initiatives and reduce vacancy rates by sourcing and hiring strong candidates.
- Assist in executing recruitment plans for designated areas, applying innovative strategies to attract highly skilled caregivers.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline, guide the offer process, complete pre‑closing steps, and support ongoing sourcing and pipelining efforts in line with SLA.
- Ensure compliance across the recruitment lifecycle, including approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience, and ATS management.
- With support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor, provide regular reporting on progress, metrics, and pipeline development.
- Develop and monitor quality metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to promote teamwork, consistency, and process improvement.
- Participate in Level 1 tiered huddles as part of ongoing communications.
- Serve as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, offering guidance on staffing, training, and HR recruitment policies and procedures.
- Represent recruitment efforts at events and community activities to build and sustain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency with all systems and technologies required for efficient and compliant recruitment operations.
- Track and prepare timely reports on new caregiver status, including appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents, and clearance requirements.
- Provide accurate, timely communication with candidates and new caregivers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Engage in cross‑team collaboration to support organizational initiatives and maintain consistent recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a Cleveland Clinic–related role with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, innovation, and network leveraging
- Or an associate degree with four years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with six years of experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a solid customer service mindset
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and quality, plus a proven track record of pragmatic solutions aligned with standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Workday Applicant Tracking System, and other recruitment tools and technologies
- Experience handling confidential human resources matters

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system, with potential travel to other locations, including international sites

Pay Range
Minimum annual salary: $57,510.00
Maximum annual salary: $87,697.50
The posted pay range reflects the anticipated range for new hires. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as work history, experience, skills, and education. This range does not include the value of the benefits package.
