Job Description

Join Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL, for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter role that blends a hybrid work model with a Monday–Friday schedule. In this full lifecycle recruiting position, you will build robust candidate pipelines across the Florida market, shepherd offers, and help reduce vacancy rates while contributing to the organization’s mission. Expect a competitive annual salary range of $57,510 to $87,697 and the opportunity to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality talent for caregivers and other roles.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition goals, ensuring alignment with quality metrics and organizational targets.
  • Partner with multiple teams to support hiring initiatives and lower vacancy rates by identifying and onboarding quality candidates.
  • Assist in executing recruitment plans within assigned areas, employing innovative strategies to attract highly skilled caregivers.
  • Oversee the candidate pipeline, steer the offer process, perform pre-close activities, and advance sourcing and pipelining efforts in line with service level agreements.
  • Maintain compliance across the recruitment lifecycle, including position approvals, postings, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experiences, and applicant tracking system management.
  • Report on recruitment progress, metrics, and pipeline development with support from the Talent Acquisition Advisor.
  • Develop and monitor quality metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to promote teamwork, consistency, and process improvement throughout recruitment activities.
  • Participate in Level 1–Tiered Huddle as part of the ongoing process refinement.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to enterprise managers, offering guidance on staffing, training, and HR recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Represent recruitment efforts at events and community activities to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with the systems and technology required for efficient recruitment operations and compliance.
  • Track and report on new caregiver status, HR appointment readiness, attendance, missing documents, and clearance requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication with candidates and new caregivers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Engage in cross-team collaboration to support organizational initiatives and uphold consistent recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or related Cleveland Clinic experience with a focus on sales orientation, customer service, idea generation/innovation, and leveraging networks; OR an associate degree with four years of experience; OR a high school diploma/GED with six years of experience.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a track record of pragmatic solutions aligned with Cleveland Clinic standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday Applicant Tracking System, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Proven experience handling confidential Human Resources matters.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform stationary work for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system; some roles may require travel to other locations, including international travel.

  • In some locations, ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range

Minimum annual salary: $57,510.00; Maximum annual salary: $87,697.50. The posted range reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work history, experience, skill set, and education. The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package or any applicable pay practices.
