Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical, operational, and corporate roles at Matter Health in Nashville, TN (onsite). This relationship-driven partner will collaborate with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and elevate the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for clinical, operational, and corporate openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, design targeted sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates throughout the process.
  • Source both passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and innovative channels.
  • Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct phone and video interviews as part of the screening process.
  • Coordinate interview logistics while delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Keep recruiting activity, candidate records, and workflows up to date within the ATS.
  • Monitor metrics such as pipeline health, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer conversion, and time-to-fill.
  • Support employer branding efforts, recruiting marketing initiatives, networking events, and career fairs.
  • Partner with People Operations to support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, workflows, and the overall hiring experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across healthcare, operations, corporate, or other professional functions.
  • Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable tools.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflows and candidate pipelines.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 Days: Learn Matter Health's recruiting process, culture, and hiring philosophy, and build rapport with hiring managers across departments.
  • First 90 Days: Become proficient with Ashby ATS, recruiting workflows, and sourcing tools to manage a portfolio of openings.
  • First 90 Days: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while independently handling a subset of roles.
  • Within 6 Months: Manage a full requisition load across clinical, operational, and corporate positions and develop proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Within 6 Months: Establish themselves as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and identify opportunities to enhance workflows and sourcing strategies.
  • Within 12 Months: Consistently deliver outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers, drive improvements through recruiting metrics, and support scaling of Talent Acquisition as Matter Health expands into new communities and markets.
  • Within 12 Months: Collaborate with People Operations to contribute to the long-term growth of the organization as a trusted partner.
