Job Description
Goldbelt is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring managers across the Alaska Division and associated LLCs. This onsite role in Juneau, Alaska focuses on identifying and recruiting qualified candidates, building robust talent pipelines, and meeting current and future staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidate profiles through diverse sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
- Source and recruit for multiple skill sets, using varied methods and handling high recruiting volumes.
- Represent the organization at local Juneau job events to support recruitment for the Alaska Division.
- Request referrals from current employees and external networks.
- Promote the employer brand both online and offline.
- Maintain candidate databases via the Applicant Tracking System.
- Communicate with past applicants about new opportunities using the icims CRM.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluating, and offering.
- Create innovative sourcing methods, including internet sourcing, social networking, driving employee referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across client business groups and HR.
- Ensure each applicant experiences a positive candidate journey, regardless of outcome.
- Develop and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for various LLCs.
- Develop search strategies and target lists of top talent.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct technical interviews at a foundational level.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Effective time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Commitment to developing solid relationships with candidates to build a pipeline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint, and iCIMS.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Strong prioritization and deadline-management capabilities.
- Effective and diplomatic communication, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers and external partners.
- Basic understanding of software, tools, and systems used in a corporate setting, including Windows and the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Minimum four (4) or more years of sourcing and recruiting experience.
- Minimum five (5) or more years with hands-on experience in sourcing techniques (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean search strings).
- Experience recruiting for cyber and cyber defensive operations, data management, intelligence and counterintelligence support, IT operations and management, logistics support, administrative support, help desk, and training.
- Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including job description development, sourcing, prescreening, submitting candidates, interview setup, offer negotiation, and hiring.
