Support end-to-end hiring with full-cycle recruiting, candidate coordination, and ATS accuracy in a contract hybrid role in Lenexa, KS.

Own the full recruiting life cycle: position requirements, sourcing, screening, candidate management, interviewing support, offer process, salary negotiations, and compliance
Build a diverse talent pipeline through active recruiting, passive sourcing, and structured candidate screening
Advise hiring managers and employees on hiring policies and procedures
Create hiring strategy by role and location for assigned areas to ensure talent availability ahead of business needs
Stay current on recruiting trends and candidate availability to improve recruiting effectiveness
Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date
Collaborate with external organizations on recruitment activities to support community outreach and positive relationships that increase diversity hires
Seek ongoing opportunities to improve departmental and organizational performance through proactive ownership of responsibilities
Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement continuous improvement strategies for stronger individual and team performance
Develop and implement solutions that improve process and program effectiveness

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Recruitment experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry
Extensive knowledge of recruiting and sourcing platforms
Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
Ability to plan and make decisions
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that meets policy guidelines
