Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate records
Source and engage both active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment with roles
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions
Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build a strong new graduate pipeline
Support a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Experience developing and negotiating job offers
Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills
