Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Fremont, CA hybrid, paying USD 38-58 per hour, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a newly established, rapidly scaling high tech manufacturing site.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR to build and manage hiring expectations.
  • Design innovative sourcing strategies to identify and place talent for the right roles at the right time.
  • Source, screen, and guide candidates through interviews, delivering a high-touch, efficient experience from engagement to offer.
  • Introduce alternative sourcing methods and educate stakeholders on market dynamics.
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to negotiate offers that align with budget, internal guidance, and equity considerations.
  • Oversee relationships with staffing agencies to support key expansion, aligning expectations with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot recruitment workflow issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate HR and/or search firm recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of corporate functions in a competitive, complex market.
  • Proficiency in technical recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles.
  • Track record of meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
  • Onsite work in Fremont, CA is required; role offers remote flexibility up to two days per week, but consistent onsite collaboration is essential.
