Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Curvion Blue is building a high-performing sales team, and this role helps power that growth with hands-on recruiting that’s grounded in performance. You will own full-cycle talent acquisition for the sales organization, create proactive pipelines for revenue roles, and bring a high-touch candidate experience that matches the level of talent Curvion Blue wants to attract. The position is based in New York, NY (onsite) with Monday to Friday hours from 9AM to 6 PM (specific to your time zone). Compensation is $50,000 - $80,000 per year.
What you’ll do
- Own recruiting across Curvion Blue’s sales organization and build a steady bench of exceptional talent.
- Partner with leadership to define what “great” looks like for each role, then take those profiles into the market.
- Develop proactive pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders, and other revenue-generating roles so hiring is never starting from zero.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, databases, and creative outbound strategies.
- Run recruiter screens to evaluate experience, communication, motivation, sales ability, and overall fit.
- Identify candidates based on demonstrated performance, using scorecards and role-specific success profiles to guide decisions.
- Use sales-performance context by understanding quotas, KPIs, close rates, lead flow, revenue, and related metrics.
- Spot red flags early and determine whether to move candidates forward or remove them from the process.
- Stay deeply familiar with high-ticket sales roles and what top performers tend to look like across setters, closers, sales directors, and sales leaders.
- Separate legitimate sales experience from resume fluff through quick, accurate experience matching.
- Maintain relationships with high-performing sales professionals and keep a warm talent network.
- Provide ongoing candidate communication, keeping prospects engaged, informed, and progressing through each stage.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline stages in the ATS.
- Track recruiting performance using metrics such as pipeline volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, source performance, and quality of hire.
- Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, roleplays, and other evaluation steps.
- Partner with hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and reduce bottlenecks.
- Support offer creation and candidate closing, including keeping strong candidates engaged through acceptance and start date.
- Use performance signals to identify early indicators of successful hires and improve future recruiting decisions.
What you bring

- Professional communication with candidates at every level.
- Proactive mindset, including solving recruiting problems without waiting for direction.
