Job Description

Coordinate the full pre-employment experience and help ensure a smooth, compliant transition into employment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end pre-employment experience for Saint Francis colleagues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact from the final stages of recruitment through orientation.
  • Ensure required screenings and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Partner with candidates, hiring leaders, the HR Division, Employee Health, and other departments to deliver an organized, welcoming, and compliant transition into employment.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts for onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Three (3) years of office/clerical support experience (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred).
  • Prior talent acquisition or human resources experience (preferred).
