Job Description

Domino's Corporate is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting for supply chain centers across Ontario, CA. In this onsite role, you will run full-cycle hiring for high-volume hourly, skilled, driver, and leadership positions while partnering closely with center leaders and hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience and recruiting outcomes that align with company standards and employment law.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned supply chain center roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, closing, and pipelining.
  • Recruit commercial drivers (CDL-A) and other hard-to-fill positions using creative sourcing strategies, local community outreach, school and driver-training partnerships, and candidate-focused closing conversations.
  • Recruit based on true staffing need by partnering with center leaders to identify gaps by location and role family, and keep requisitions accurate, properly flagged, and closed when no longer needed.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system for assigned roles, including timely review of every applicant, accurate dispositions, and clean data.
  • Coordinate external recruiting channels such as job boards, schools, associations, and approved agencies (agencies used as an approved exception).
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage pre-hire steps including offers, background and DOT or medical clearance, and onboarding handoff so candidates start on time.
  • Ensure recruiting practices follow company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Drive performance against recruiting metrics such as time to fill, center staffing coverage, applicant response time, new-hire retention, candidate and hiring-team satisfaction, and diversity.
  • Serve as a consultant to center leaders and hiring managers by coaching interviewing, selection, and onboarding best practices, and delivering training on the process and tools.
  • Build strong relationships with center leadership and establish clear expectations for who owns each step of the hiring process.
  • Support new-hire retention by setting realistic expectations before hire and supporting the first week onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, share insights with TA leadership and center leaders, and act on what the data indicates.
  • Participate in special projects, including EVP, HR technology enhancements, and recruiting funnel automation and AI, including testing new tools and sharing field feedback.
  • Follow TA standards and playbooks, stay accountable to the TA scorecard and KPIs, and maintain complete and current dispositions, reason codes, and requisition data for reliable reporting.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of high-volume Talent Acquisition or related experience.
  • Ability to coach and influence a range of stakeholders with a consultative, client-service mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous-improvement approach.
  • Comfort working with an applicant tracking system and data, including reviewing metrics, maintaining accurate records, and acting on results.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for new tools and evolving ways of working as the TA function changes.

Preferred background

  • Successful experience recruiting commercial drivers (CDL-A) (strongly preferred).
  • Experience hiring for supply chain, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar operations.
  • Experience with automated or AI-assisted recruiting tools and text-based candidate engagement.
  • Experience coaching or training non-recruiters, including hiring managers or operations leaders.

Compensation and location

  • Location: Ontario, CA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD $70,000 to $115,000 annually
  • Compensation note: Offered salary will be within this range and based on job-related factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits starting on the first day of employment
  • No-cost mental health support for employee and dependents
  • Childcare tuition discounts
  • No-cost fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs
