Job Description

At Peak Vista Community Health Centers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non-Provider Recruiter role sits at the heart of our onsite hiring efforts in Colorado Springs. You will own the end-to-end process for non-provider openings, from posting and sourcing to interviewing and placement, while partnering with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, positive experience that reflects Peak Vista’s mission and values. Location: Colorado Springs, CO (onsite) Salary: USD 61,043 - 88,513 per year Minimum Experience: 2 years Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for exempt and non-exempt roles while supporting Peak Vista’s employer-branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, conduct and facilitate interviews, and manage offers.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current openings and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure an engaging end-to-end candidate experience across sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding, aligning with best practices and the organization’s value proposition.
  • Actively source both active and passive candidates via online databases, internal resources, community networks, referrals, and outreach.
  • Utilize job boards, social networks, forums, blogs, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, keeping them informed about the status of open positions and offers.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of recruiting metrics, analyzing data to enhance talent acquisition strategies and marketing.
  • Enhance Peak Vista’s recruiting approach on social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Post and manage jobs across appropriate boards, newspapers, colleges, and career centers.
  • Develop and update workflows, gathering feedback from interviewers within the ATS to improve processes.
  • Support continuous process improvement and best practices by contributing to policy updates as needed.
  • Travel within and outside the Colorado Springs area as required to facilitate recruitment.
  • Promote and embody Peak Vista’s mission, vision, and core values in all activities.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with departments, management, medical staff, and leadership.
  • Support diversity and inclusion within the workplace and community.
  • Be responsible for human, financial, and material resources as well as data entrusted to the role, delivering high-quality service.
  • Adhere to the Compliance Plan and conflict of interest requirements and contribute to department performance improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or human resources experience.
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
  • Proactive sourcing or healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred.
