Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for nationwide candidates across technical and non-technical roles at enterprise companies
• Post jobs and source on various job boards to identify qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Conduct phone screens, present opportunities, and perform real-time skill-to-role matching
• Schedule and prep candidates for interviews, collecting feedback after sessions
• Extend offers to selected candidates
• Assist the internal HR team with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Foster strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience

Compensation & Career Progression

This role starts at $19.23 per hour (approximately $40,000 annually). Each placement yields a $1,000 salary increase. After completing 15 placements, the Talent Recruiter progresses to the Senior Recruiter role with a base pay of $60,000.
