Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for senior candidates, delivering a brand‑aligned introduction to the organization
- Provide a high‑quality candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and detail orientation
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to define success profiles, target organizations, and critical capabilities
- Translate business priorities into targeted sourcing strategies, including competitor mapping, adjacent industry identification, and talent segmentation
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines for immediate and future leadership needs
- Conduct tailored outreach to senior candidates aligned to experience, motivations, and long‑term career goals
- Lead exploratory conversations and assessments to evaluate leadership scope, drivers, and organizational fit
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate documentation in Workday
- Develop key recruiting deliverables, including interview guides, candidate summaries, and stakeholder briefings
- Support recruiting workflows, including approvals, documentation, and relocation, with consistency and accuracy
- Operate as an integrated partner across the full search lifecycle, including alignment, sourcing, calibration, and slate development
- Support delivery of diverse, high‑caliber candidate slates aligned to organizational priorities
- Execute discreet sourcing strategies for confidential searches with strict confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
