Job Description

This temporary Corporate Recruiter role covers full lifecycle recruitment for Tiffany & Co.'s corporate groups, collaborating with HR Business Partners and global leaders. The position is onsite in Whippany, NJ, from August through mid-December 2026, with compensation in the range of USD 33 to 42 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and leadership to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Develop strategic and innovative approaches to attract top talent.
  • Execute full cycle recruitment for corporate roles, including sourcing, posting openings, and screening candidates.
  • Assist in building a leadership pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Advise on sourcing methods, exploring new technologies and practices to reach top candidates.
  • Enhance candidate outreach through social media channels and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with HR Partners on staffing strategies for volume hires, hard-to-fill roles, background-check standards, and agency resources.
  • Conduct recruitment market research to shape the go-to-market approach when a new role opens.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of high-volume professional recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and best practices.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Customer-service orientation with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft applications; familiarity with social networking best practices; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and improve operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Ability to commute to Whippany, NJ.
