Job Description

Work where recruiting strategy meets real candidate experiences. Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team partners closely with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision, advise on and implement recruiting strategy, and deliver full lifecycle recruiting services. You will support campus hiring through coordination, data management, and candidate process execution across assigned business areas.

What you’ll do

  • Use recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to help shape recruiting strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
  • Support campus recruiting activities for assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers
  • Partner with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to execute the campus hiring strategy
  • Build candidate pipelines across hiring profiles and businesses while maintaining ongoing candidate relationships
  • Track and manage budget for recruiting activities
  • Manage candidate and school data in recruiting systems, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season

Skills and experience needed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Located within a commutable distance to one of the select locations available for this role
  • Ability to travel 20% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries or sectors you serve
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
  • Ability to quickly learn relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Problem-solving and event-planning skills
  • Willingness to try new methodologies and approaches, including embracing technology platforms and participating in the social media strategy
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office tools
