Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for recruiting and HR systems
• Integrate data from multiple talent acquisition platforms
• Enhance data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
• Develop reports and dashboards for hiring metrics
• Automate recurring data-processing tasks
• Collaborate with HR, analytics, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data pipeline development
• Knowledge of databases, data integration, and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee and recruiting data responsibly
