Job Description

An HR Partner on Amazon.com Services LLC's NACF PXT team, this onsite role in Hamburg, PA focuses on elevating the employee experience through engagement initiatives, leadership development, and HR operational excellence. The position collaborates with PXT and Operations to translate data driven insights into improvements for staff. Salary range: USD 51,300 - 89,800 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a positive employee experience by delivering core programs, upholding workplace standards, and collaborating with PXT and Operations to foster a culture where staff feel valued, heard, and supported.
  • Perform standard operating procedures with consistent quality and timeliness, comply with SLAs, and maintain precise records of HR processes and employee interactions.
  • Provide frontline support to employees by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of matters. Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist in managing feedback channels including roundtables, floor walks, and engagement activities. Aid in issue tracking and follow-up, working with senior PXT colleagues to drive resolutions and enhancements to the employee experience.
  • Coach frontline leaders on practices that influence engagement and retention. Reinforce expectations and guide leaders in using available tools to strengthen team communication, recognition, and performance discussions.
  • Support site level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives. Manage logistics, collect feedback, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Learn to track and summarize PXT data such as attrition and attendance trends, hiring metrics, and employee sentiment, and assist in preparing insights for site reviews or team discussions.
  • Encourage the use of self-service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions, identify recurring gaps, and escalate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including explaining processes, addressing concerns, and providing technical guidance
