Human Resource Generalist

Eden Senior Care invites applications for a stand-alone Human Resources Generalist to manage daily HR operations onsite at our Wisconsin Rapids facility. The role covers payroll processing, onboarding, recruitment support, employee relations, and policy compliance, with close collaboration with leadership and department heads to maintain efficient HR workflows in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update employee records in alignment with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct interviews and support recruitment for CNAs, nurses, and other facility staff.
• Assist onboarding activities and ensure all required new hire documentation is completed and properly filed.
• Assist with accounts payable functions, including processing and tracking invoices.
• Serve as a primary contact for day-to-day HR matters, employee questions, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations efforts, including initial handling of concerns and contributing to internal investigations when needed.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and healthcare employment regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to support staffing and operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations within the facility. This is a stand-alone HR position that works closely with leadership and department heads to support employees and ensure smooth HR processes.

Compensation Schedule

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
