Human Resources Manager/Purchasing
Job Description
McHone Industries is seeking an onsite Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, purchasing activities, and the Safety Program in Salamanca, NY. The position is full-time, with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year. The benefits package includes dental, health, and vision insurance, plus paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Time and Attendance management and Payroll processes
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Drive development, engagement, motivation, and retention of the team
- Supervise HR staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and performance management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency with computers
