Principal PM, Strategy & Operations, Talent Acquisition-Tech

Lead Amazon Talent Acquisition Technology (TA Tech) at scale by defining how the org operates, how progress is tracked, and how strategy becomes execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own TA Tech's operating model and Rhythm of the Business, including goal setting, MBR/QBR cadences, and executive reporting
• Set the strategy for tracking progress, measuring impact, and enabling scalable decision-making
• Drive organization-wide change management, building alignment across product, TPM, and engineering stakeholders
• Own inputs into OP1/OP2 and prepare strategic narratives for senior leadership
• Identify and remove organizational bottlenecks by creating scalable mechanisms that amplify team output
• Lead cross-org special projects, progressing from an ambiguous problem statement to structured execution

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR or business function experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar related discipline
• Experience in talent acquisition technology, HR technology, or people systems/platforms
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership

Location: Arlington, VA (onsite)

Compensation: USD 149,800 - 202,600 per year
