Recruiter

WIESE USA INC is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and branch operational roles from our onsite office in St. Louis, Missouri. The primary focus is proactive sourcing and cold calling to identify exceptional candidates who align with our culture and needs. In this role you will influence hiring decisions, partner with hiring managers, and help build a strong team by delivering a steady pipeline of qualified talent. Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates who align with our culture across multiple active openings.
• Conduct interviews to assess experience, training, skills, knowledge and abilities relevant to the roles.
• Consult with hiring managers to identify and recommend candidates.
• Provide candidates with information about the company, its culture and benefits.

Requirements

• Willingness to cold call potential candidates found through online databases.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, various job boards, and multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees.
• Ability to work from our office in Saint Louis (I-170 and Olive Blvd).
