Sales Sourcing Recruiter (contract)
Job Description
This contract role oversees top-of-funnel sourcing for Salesforce's Go-To-Market teams in a high-volume, hybrid in-office environment in Atlanta, GA. The engagement runs for six months with a yearly salary range of USD 75,000 to 142,300.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Architecture: Design and sustain deep, proactive talent pipelines for GTM roles by mapping competitors, identifying passive candidates, and refreshing pools ahead of business demand.
- High-Velocity Sourcing: Execute high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and GTM hiring, delivering a steady stream of qualified, assessed candidates to recruiting partners.
- Direct Sourcing Excellence: Leverage advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent, particularly from direct competitors.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Translate evolving hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies in a dynamic and fluid environment.
- Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Talent Attraction recruiting team, handing off warm, pipeline-ready candidates and proactively applying qualified talent to multiple open opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a talent market expert, tracking competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy and advise recruiting partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record supporting Sales or GTM hiring in a high-velocity setting.
- In-Office Availability: Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Sourcing Depth: Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Agility & Resilience: Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a highly fluid, ambiguous environment.
- Outreach Craft: Strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations, including cold calling and phone-based relationship building.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with technology and SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the value proposition to passive candidates.
- Execution: Ability to manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams simultaneously and deliver pipeline on deadline.
- Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google preferred.
