Job Description

Capgemini Invent in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for PMO, AI, and data roles in a hybrid work model. The role partners with senior leaders to build pipelines and shape hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for PMO and other priority Dallas roles, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Spearhead recruitment for AI, machine learning, and data-centric positions, establishing strong pipelines for highly technical talent
  • Oversee executive-level hiring, including senior leaders and specialized AI and data domain experts
  • Develop sophisticated sourcing programs, including talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and proactive pipeline development
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and executives to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and workforce planning
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across AI and data ecosystems
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with strong engagement, clear communication, and process discipline
  • Simultaneously manage multiple complex requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Leverage recruiting data, analytics, and insights to optimize pipeline health and hiring outcomes
  • Champion continuous improvement across recruiting strategy, tools, and processes
  • Build and strengthen Capgemini Invent’s employer brand in Dallas by engaging with local and national AI, data, and executive talent communities

Requirements

  • Between 10 and 15 years of experience in technical recruiting, with emphasis on AI, data, and engineering talent
  • Proven track record in executive recruiting, including senior leadership and hard-to-fill, high-impact roles
  • Extensive experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, data science, data engineering, and analytics roles, with deep understanding of technical skill sets and evolving market dynamics
  • Experience hiring PMO, program, and project management talent, preferably within consulting or professional services
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, high-touch recruiting environments, managing multiple business lines or functions
  • Strong knowledge of the Dallas talent market, with the ability to build and leverage local and national talent networks
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and executives, acting as a strategic talent advisor
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity requisitions
  • A data-driven mindset, using ATS systems, recruiting metrics, and analytics to inform decisions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on candidate experience and alignment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
