Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting across all OM Group brands, with emphasis on candidate flow management and new store openings. The role involves managing recruitment activity through Workstream, sourcing candidates via social media and other channels, coordinating interviews with operations leaders, and driving hiring results across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee open recruiting activity across all OM Group brands using Workstream.
• Review applicants, respond to candidate inquiries, and advance candidates through the hiring process promptly.
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings for a variety of roles across multiple brands and levels.
• Coordinate second-round interviews with General Managers, District Managers, Regional leaders, and Directors.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout interviews and decisions.
• Create and post job advertisements via social media and other recruiting channels.
• Identify sourcing sources that yield strong return on investment and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Monitor advertisement performance and adjust sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Develop creative approaches to attract candidates for ongoing openings and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support hiring efforts for all New Restaurant Openings across OM Group brands.
• Assist with recruiting for all levels of NRO staffing, from hourly team members to management roles.
• Partner with operations leaders to align hiring timelines with training and opening schedules.
• Help build candidate pipelines in advance of forthcoming openings.
• Research, schedule, and coordinate job fairs and other local hiring events.
• Represent The OM Group in the community to raise awareness and attract candidates.
• Build recruiting momentum through local outreach supporting store-level staffing needs.
• Collaborate closely with GMs, DMs, Regionals, and Directors to understand staffing priorities and hiring challenges.
• Provide consistent follow-up and recruiting support to ensure hiring needs are addressed.
• Help keep recruitment efforts organized across multiple brands, markets, and openings.

Compensation
