Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Temp)

This four-month, onsite Talent Acquisition Sourcer contract in New York, NY (USD 30 - 40 per hour) with LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics North America focuses on identifying and attracting top Retail and Head Office candidates while supporting sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Locate and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Perform in-depth market research to identify leading talent and track industry trends.
• Apply creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, uncovering their career goals and motivations.
• Provide scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to design and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and future opportunities.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor sourcing metrics and report progress to management.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuously refine sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board search tools.
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment where strategies must pivot quickly.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
