Job Description

Direct Wire invites you to join us onsite in Denver, PA as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This full cycle recruiting role partners with hiring managers, coordinates onboarding, and helps drive HR initiatives aligned with our values. You will contribute to a positive candidate experience, strengthen our employer brand, and support growth across the team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
  • Plan and host hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide team support
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
  • Promote a strong employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Lead new hire onboarding and new hire orientation sessions
  • Uphold Direct Wire's core values in daily work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated passion for human resources and supporting employee success
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving abilities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining a respectful and productive workplace
