Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Greenview Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle hiring for both seasonal and year-round openings based in Charlotte, NC (onsite). In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting, build durable talent pipelines, and help hiring teams make informed decisions through timely reporting and market insights.
You will lead recruiting for field and crew roles, coordinate candidate progress from sourcing through offer and onboarding transition, and ensure recruiting records remain accurate in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The position also includes event support and alignment with HR compliance and M&A integration efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, with a focus on field and crew roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview plans.
- Post jobs and manage applicant flows in the ATS, keeping statuses accurate and up to date.
- Maintain ATS data quality and integrity.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and proactive headhunting.
- Coordinate campus and career recruiting events, including attending events as needed.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support a professional, positive candidate experience.
- Monitor and interpret recruiting analytics to improve time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline quality.
- Develop and execute recruiting event strategies, including career fairs and community partnerships, to build pipelines and increase brand visibility.
- Transition qualified candidates to onboarding, in coordination with HR Business Partners, and move other candidates neatly out of the recruiting pipeline.
- Prepare offer letters.
- Maintain accuracy of ongoing recruiting status reports.
- Work with HR team members to support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support Spanish-language recruiting and onboarding as needed.
- Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation competitiveness, and candidate availability to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain recruiting dashboards and provide updates to leadership on open roles and progress.
- Support HR integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions, aligning talent processes, policies, and onboarding practices.
- Travel up to 40% of the time to support business units, acquisitions, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Experience managing onboarding processes preferred.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, landscaping, construction, or similar industries is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish HIGHLY preferred but not required.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with comfort using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
- High organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and onboarding schedules at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including seasonal hiring peaks.
- Ability to travel as necessary.

Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and community organizations to support campus and local recruiting.
- Create and roll out development plans for incoming and existing staff for their respective regions.
- Support career fair planning, on-site hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain an evergreen pipeline of key roles, including Production Managers, Account Managers, and Irrigation Technicians.
- Partner with the HR team to develop sourcing campaigns, advertising strategies, and referral programs.
Collaboration & Compliance Focus
- Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities align with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support Spanish-language recruiting and onboarding as needed.
