The Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) at eNGINE focuses on sourcing technology professionals, guiding candidates through interviews, and presenting offers, while partnering with the Sales team to address client hiring needs. The role includes extensive training and a defined career ladder.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to recruit and maintain a network of technology professionals, leveraging phone and mobile outreach, email, and social channels.
• Interview candidates and map in-demand skill sets to open requisitions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and assessments.
• Negotiate and present offers of employment.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client hiring needs.
• Manage the workload of consultants throughout their assignments.

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and social media proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying focused.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or related field(s).
• Ability to multitask and plan work activities proactively.
• Previous sales or business development experience is highly preferred.
• Must reside in the Pittsburgh, PA region and be able to participate in a hybrid work schedule.
