Job Description
Prairie Quest Consulting seeks an onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in San Antonio, TX to source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals across nursing, clinical, therapy, and supporting health staff roles.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals through multiple channels
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Coordinate hiring activities and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience
- Proven ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
- Strong decision-making abilities

USD 50,000 - 60,000 per year
