Job Description
The Talent Recruiter for Arkansas Talent Group Temp & Consulting sources, screens, interviews, and places qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-perm, project, and consulting roles across accounting, finance, human resources, and office administration. Operating in Little Rock with a hybrid work model, the role partners with the Recruiting Manager, internal teams, and clients to identify hiring needs, present top talent, coordinate interviews, and support placements from start to finish. Location: Little Rock, AR; Salary: USD 50,000 - 55,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, applications, and additional sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications for open roles.
- Conduct virtual interviews to assess experience, interest, availability, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate interviews with candidates either remotely or in person as part of the selection process.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to pinpoint top talent for temporary, temp-to-perm, project, and consulting assignments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and meetings with clients in virtual and in-person formats.
- Support intake conversations with clients to capture needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Recruiting Manager, team members, candidates, and clients throughout the recruiting and placement process.
- Provide interview feedback, prepare candidates for client interviews, and follow up after meetings.
- Compute bill rates and assist with pricing placements appropriately.
- Oversee candidate onboarding and ensure completion of all required paperwork and steps.
- Maintain follow-up with candidates and clients during assignments to ensure satisfaction and address issues as needed.
- Assist with sourcing and developing new placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with LinkedIn is strongly desired.
- Sales background or experience in account management is highly desired.
- Experience in a client-facing environment is desired.
- Accounting, finance, or business degree is highly desired and will receive priority consideration.
- Local to Central Arkansas is required.
