Join Demo Plus Group, Inc. as a Recruiter onsite in Nashville, TN, focused on identifying, attracting, and placing construction talent across skilled trades, field personnel, project management, and executive roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies using platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates via social media management, campus recruitment initiatives, and cold calling techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with employment and labor law compliance.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse or Bullhorn to track candidate progress and maintain organized records of recruitment activities.
- Lead employer branding efforts on social media to enhance talent acquisition outreach and strengthen employer reputation.
- Recruit for a range of construction positions including Project Manager, Superintendents, Estimators, Equipment Operators, Laborers, and Office Personnel.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or skilled trades
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
- Strong sourcing skills using social media and online recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction terminology and industry roles is highly preferred
