This temp-to-hire recruiter and college sourcer supports aerospace manufacturing operations in Windsor, Connecticut, with a hybrid work arrangement as needed. The role focuses on building and sustaining talent pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and proactive sourcing for early-career and skilled roles.

Summary
This role combines recruitment and college sourcing to support aerospace manufacturing in Connecticut. The focus is on establishing and maintaining talent pipelines by engaging with colleges, technical programs, and community partners, while proactively sourcing for both entry-level and skilled positions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage candidates for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and technical programs
- Proactively reach out through LinkedIn, networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships
- Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical positions
- Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records
- Support employer branding through campus and community engagement
Requirements
- 1β3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging candidates and school partners
- Experience with or interest in technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environments preferred
- College recruiting or early-career talent sourcing experience strongly preferred
- Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
