Job Description
Energy Transfer Family of Partnerships is expanding its recruiting capacity to support a broad array of technical and operational roles across its pipeline operations. This on-site position in Dallas will help build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for engineering, operations, transportation, maintenance, and safety compliance functions, working closely with internal teams to align hiring with business goals. A bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates typically bring two years or more of recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and continually refine end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with the technical and operational needs of a major pipeline operator.
- Plan and execute targeted sourcing campaigns leveraging modern talent-sourcing techniques and channels.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake and job description crafting to sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and negotiating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and workforce needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and optimize candidate databases and pipelines using Taleo.
- Engage with industry associations, academic institutions, and professional networks to build durable talent relationships that promote diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and labor laws related to safety and operational standards.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive process improvements and enhance the candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Serve as an employer brand ambassador by communicating the company’s vision, culture, and values to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Represent the company at recruiting events, networking functions, and industry forums to raise its market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a proven record of filling technical or industrial roles.
- Ability to work fully on-site at the Dallas, TX office.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends relevant to pipeline operations or similar technical sectors.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; familiarity with data analytics tools to measure recruiting effectiveness is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety, regulatory, or compliance standards applicable to pipeline operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with MS Office and SharePoint products.
