Store Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description
Fleet Farm in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Store Human Resources Coordinator on site. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, HRIS transactions, timekeeping, benefits, records management, and employee engagement to foster a positive store culture. You will collaborate with the Senior HR & Training Manager and store leadership on engagement events and HR processes.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior HR & Training Manager and store leadership to plan and execute Team Member engagement and recognition events, such as summer cookouts and holiday parties.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new Team Members for the store.
- Respond to internal and external HR inquiries promptly or route to the correct contact.
- Support HRIS transactions, including processing hires, job changes, terminations, and related updates.
- Monitor and administer HR programs, including employee service awards.
- Maintain daily records and data integrity in HRIS systems, including team member files and document scanning.
- Oversee time and attendance to ensure accurate timekeeping, proper scheduling, and correct pay.
- Lead the store’s ACT Team and engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
- Contribute to various projects aligned with team objectives as assigned.
- Promote Fleet Farm initiatives, including customer loyalty programs, credit card programs, and other company offerings.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, or an equivalent degree or work experience, preferred.
- Two or more years of HR experience, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
