Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LUX Infusion, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles, partnering with leaders to map staffing needs to patient care and business priorities. This remote position offers a salary range of USD 85,000 to 90,000 per year and emphasizes building robust candidate pipelines that support a compliant, patient-centered hiring process. Collaboration with People & Culture, hiring managers, and onboarding teams will help ensure smooth transitions for new teammates.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles to attract top talent for LUX Infusion.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and craft sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and patient care.
- Develop and sustain candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Design a candidate journey that is responsive, respectful, and reflective of LUX Infusion's values.
- Steer both candidates and interview panels through a structured interview process that promotes clear dialogue and sound hiring decisions.
- Support recruitment across diverse roles, including nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Leverage metrics and insights to improve hiring outcomes and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, hiring managers, and onboarding to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with healthcare regulations, credentialing considerations, and employment standards.
- Enhance LUX Infusion's market presence by cultivating relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and healthcare talent communities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, People & Culture, and onboarding stakeholders.
- Apply thoughtful, reliable follow-through to all recruiting activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve service to patients, providers, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, clinical staffing, or similarly fast-paced environments that demand quality and responsiveness.
- Proven ability to partner with leaders, ask insightful questions, and drive hiring initiatives forward with clarity.
- Communicate in a warm, professional, and grounded manner.
- Value relationship-building and creating positive candidate and interviewer experiences.
- Maintain organization across concurrent searches and competing priorities.
