Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define contingent labor needs, required skills, timelines, and sourcing strategy.
• Oversee contractor request intake and assist with job postings in the applicant tracking system, utilizing direct sourcing resources and preferred vendors as needed.
• Coordinate with sourcing teams, vendors, and shared services to support candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate submissions, and feedback tracking.
• Maintain accurate communication and status tracking across stakeholders while advancing requisitions to completion in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, contingent workforce management, vendor management, or workforce operations
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a vendor management system
• Ability to travel 0-10% on average, based on work and client needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
