Senior Human Resources and Administration leader on-site in El Paso, TX, with a salary of USD 125,000 per year, coordinating HR and administrative strategies across the U.S., regional operations, and Taiwan headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead an effective HR team with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Coach and develop HR colleagues while fostering trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Model a growth mindset and influence others through actions and professional credibility.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and staffing alignment to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws.
- Design and implement the Workday Recruiting Module and AI features to enhance candidate engagement.
- Develop, review, and update competitive salary structures and benefits; institute performance based bonuses.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, 401(k), and additional perks, balancing organizational and employee needs.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and provide compensation analysis to inform leadership decisions.
- Cultivate a positive work environment through team-building and culture initiatives.
- Lead engagement programs to improve morale and productivity across teams.
- Implement AI driven tools to streamline HR processes such as recruitment automation, workforce insights, and performance tracking.
- Create and enforce HR policies aligned with legal requirements and company goals.
- Monitor health and safety compliance across the organization.
- Administer performance appraisals and utilize technology for workforce analytics.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management with accuracy.
- Address employee grievances and manage cross-team communication to maintain strong relationships.
- Promote strong employee relations and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR management experience in the United States, including at least 8 years in manufacturing and office settings; cross-border or multinational HR exposure.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compensation regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Proficiency with HR management systems (such as Paycom, PeopleSoft, Workday), Microsoft Office, and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency.
- Ability to resolve grievances, manage employee relations, and enhance workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with headquarters and regional teams.
- Interest in learning and applying AI and new technologies in HR practices.
