Job Description

Manage end-to-end people operations for KW Wholesale, with a strong focus on HRIS, compliance, payroll accuracy, and confidential employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation coordination
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
  • Maintain confidential personnel files and employment records
  • Administer employee benefits, leave of absence programs, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
  • Handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, employee development activities, and training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain required employment records and prepare HR reports for management
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
  • Reconcile payroll reports and support payroll tax compliance
  • Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and payroll audits

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices
  • Experience with Paycom HRIS and payroll software is strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
