Job Description

Own high-volume sales recruiting from intake through offer, using proactive sourcing and tight ATS process control.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed recruiting performance targets across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining compliance with posting requirements and background check processes
  • Document and report recruiting metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for all assigned programs
  • Build and maintain strong hiring manager partnerships by understanding business needs, team dynamics, and business goals
  • Support employer brand for advertising and sourcing by setting recruiting standards and developing a site sourcing library with creative visual collateral
  • Partner with hiring managers and trainers to ensure corporate hiring processes are trained, followed, and executed appropriately
  • Manage area recruiting networking projects and share best practices across sites
  • Create and implement an annual recruiting action plan, including budgeting and compensation parameters
  • Coordinate with other recruiters to exchange best practices and support region-wide alignment on objections
  • Help plan and drive recruiting media campaigns, including methods, content, and distribution within budget as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
  • Ability to source passive candidates through direct sourcing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven success in proactive recruiting, sourcing, presentation, interviewing, negotiating, and networking
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple recruitment plans and assignments while implementing strategy in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative working style and ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including executives
  • Strong professional presence, confidence, and high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, with ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to influence and work within a matrix organization
  • Occasional ability to work nights and weekends as needed
